Under what circumstances will platform restrict my trading?

Opening orders may be restricted when any of the following conditions are met:
(1). The Client violates the AML policies of partnering payment channels. Platform will always respect and support decisions of PSPs to restrict transactions, which may bring the risk of illegal capital being transferred into the market. Clients should contact these PSPs to explain the reasons and lift restrictions.
(2). The Client violates the Anti-Money Laundering Policy of platform. In order to prevent illegally obtained funds enter the market, our risk control department may impose temporary or permanent restrictions on transactions which seem suspicious. In this case each Client will need to liaise with our compliance team and explain their situation.
(3). The Client has an order dispute with UBFX. Before the dispute is resolved, the platform Compliance Department will temporarily restrict possibility to transact and trade.
